IT'S TIME FOR A CHECK UP AT ANGELES CREST!
The theme for the week is..."JESUS CHRIST M.D.!!" Need to work on
caring for others? We'll send you to ICU! Need some healing from
past hurts? We'll send you to Recovery! If we need to, we'll send
you to X-Ray to make sure your heart for others is in the right place.
Maybe to the Gift Shop for helping decide your spiritual gifts. Or maybe
even to the Maternity Ward for all those who need to be Born Again! This
week of camp will be your "spiritual checkup" and will allow Jesus to lead you
to spiritual health"!!

2008

Keynote Medical Speaker - "David Robles"
David
is one of our most popular speakers at Angeles Crest Christian Camp. Your kids
will love David's unique ability to share the Word of God in a way that is both
interesting and powerful. With
over 10 years of full-time ministry experience, David is a native to Southern
California and has served in both Children’s Ministry and Spanish Ministry. As a
bilingual worship leader and speaker, he has enjoyed ministering both nationally
and internationally in Guatemala, Mexico and throughout the United States. David
has earned a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in
Organizational Leadership, both at Azusa Pacific University. David is the
current Children’s Pastor at High Desert Church where he has the privilege of
overseeing a ministry of approximately 1,200 children (birth-6th
grade). David resides in Victorville, CA with his wife Angela, and young
daughter, Rylee.
Critical Care
Worship Leader - "Jeremy DeFriend"
Jeremy
is the Worship
Leader at Diamond Canyon Christian Church in Diamond Bar, CA and
leads Special Events in the Children’s Ministry there. He has a real passion to
lead kids in worship and firmly believes that kids are just as capable of giving
true praise to God as adults are! Jeremy made a decision for Christ while
attending a camp at Angeles Crest and loves to give that opportunity to campers
every time he’s up there.
