From climbing walls to swimming, handmade crafts to zip line adventures, Angeles Crest has a bit of something for everyone. Moms, we know it is hard to find stillness in a world that shouts. We feel strongly called to cultivate these still places for encountering God. And we are committed to growing authentic relationships as strong as our towering pines. Healthy, growing mom-daughter relationships take intention, investment and a whole lot of grace. Because we believe connection and community is something very important to God, it is very important to us as well. Our retreats are structured to help nurture both.
We have an incredible line up of sessions ready encourage and inspire your walk with God. And we are thrilled to offer a full range of break-away workshops as well. Make T-shirts you will actually want to wear. Learn how to aim an arrow that hits the mark on our archery range. Create, cultivate and celebrate together. There’s no time like the present to make a memory that will last a lifetime.

LAUGH, CRY, LOVE WITH OUR SPEAKER LUCILLE WILLIAMS
Lucille Williams has an intense passion for ministering to families and young people, serving in ministry for over twenty-five years. Happily married for thirty-four years to Mike Williams, the children’s pastor at Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, California, she is also on staff at Shepherd as the Family Theatre Director. Her first book From Me to We: A Premarital Guide for the Bride- and Groom-to-Be will be released in early 2017. While Lucille enjoys writing, and speaking at retreats, and conferences, she will tell you she is most proud of raising their daughter and two sons.
IN HER OWN WORDS: "I love God, my husband, my two sons and only daughter, and grandkids all out. Holding back emotion is not a skill I’ve learned yet. I’m a recovering bulimic, codependent, obsessed mom, people-pleaser, over-eater, and over-dieter. After living in bondage I learned how to live in grace. I went from being a fault-finder to a grace-spreader.
If you struggle, too, but want to love better and be the best version of you, then you’ve come to the right place. My life is messy and I’m guessing yours might be as well. Let’s all take this journey together and cheer for each other. Together we can help each other make a difference. I want to make a difference, and leave a mark, don’t you? Each day choose grace. Grace for you, and then extend grace to others. I invite you to join our community of grace-spreaders and click the follow button."
