Join us for A Brand New Event On September 13th!

Or, if you have a camper that has been talking about Angeles Crest and how much fun they had, this is your chance to see what all the fuss is about. On Saturday, September 13th we will be hosting Harvest Homecoming at Angeles Crest! Camp Recreation Activities like Zipline, Archery, Axe Throwing and the Climbing Wall will be open for kids and adults! Best of all… all of these activities are free!
Food will be available for purchase. You can also pre-purchase Discounted Food Tickets before 9/6. See more details on the website.

A Special Note to our Church Missions Partners:
We are setting up an Adopt-A-Booth program and we would love for you to partner with us to make this an event to remember for our community. We have 10 game booths we need volunteers to help run. If your church would like to join in the fun, reply to this email or contact Amber@angelescrest.com.
A Winning Night at Dodger Stadium

On Father’s Day weekend, forty members of the Angeles Crest family got together to see the Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants 11 to 5 at Dodger Stadium. It was a great game that started off with a bang with a homerun in the 1st inning and 5 runs in the 2nd inning. More importantly, it was a great night to meet new friends and catch up with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you to everyone who came!
We are planning on making this an annual event and we would love to see you next year! If you are interested in attending in 2026, please let us know and we will put you on the email list. Details to come in 2026 after the MLB schedule is released.

Moms and Daughters “Taco ’bout Jesus” at Annual Retreat
At the end of May, 130 moms and daughters came up to Angeles Crest to enjoy some quality time together away from all the everyday distractions.
It was an incredible weekend full of worship led by Mandie Pinto, quiet time together, a Pajama Party and, of course, Taco Night! The ladies were blessed by speaker Robin Blumenthal, who served as the very first Mother & Daughter Coordinator in 1992!
If you want to join us next year for the Mother-Daughter Retreat, then Save the Date for May 29-31, 2026! Don’t miss out.

Prayer Request
Please pray God would give strength and extra grace to our summer staff, food service staff, and maintenance staff, to continue to faithfully serve our campers in the stresses of summer. There are 3 weeks of program camps that sold out months ago and have a large waiting list, so it will be a very busy summer for all our staff.
“We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience…” – Colossians 1:9b-11
